Baltimore/Washington Metro area REALTOR® Rhonda Kopman is devoted to supporting her clients as they deal with the excitement and anxiety of selling their home, buying a new home and relocating.
She recognizes the value of having someone on your side who is not emotionally involved, but who understands your feelings and interests. She also looks out for your fiduciary interests with her knowledge of the market and by putting her strong negotiating skills to work for you.
Because there’s more to the “right home” than the size and style of a house, Rhonda takes the time to really become acquainted with her sellers and buyers, their families, and their lifestyles. Understanding their life situation allows her to guide and support them in one of the biggest transitions they'll ever make. She believes this understanding is the first step toward a seamless real estate experience.
She can easily identify with her buyers and sellers, because she was in their shoes not long ago.
A desire to live near her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren caused her to pull up roots, sell her horses and the South Dakota farm where she had lived for twenty years, to make the giant leap to Baltimore. She understands the uncertainty and anxiety buyers and sellers experience when making a life-changing transition of this magnitude.
Rhonda knows homes from the inside out...While raising her three children, Rhonda completely remodeled her home – doing everything from ripping out walls and replacing windows to re-wiring, replacing the plumbing, building and hanging new cabinetry. Today she uses that knowledge to help buyers see what they can or cannot do to alter a home and make it their own.
When her brother started a construction and agricultural drainage business, she took the role of CFO and office manager, handling the finances, employee relations and a major role in restructuring the company. In four years, she helped the business grow from a start-up to a multi-million-dollar company with 25 employees.
Using her time management, financial, and interpersonal skills, she now markets homes for her clients and assists buyers, keeping transactions moving smoothly for her clients while keeping them fully informed at each step.
When not serving clients, Rhonda loves spending time with her friends and family, hiking, golfing, sailing, going to the beach and playing pickleball. She also enjoys art, traveling, cooking, reading, designing and entertaining.
When you’re contemplating a move, call Rhonda. She is the professional who provides market knowledge, marketing expertise and negotiating skills, as well as the guidance and emotional support you’ll need to enjoy a seamless and stress-free transaction.
